IMPORTANT UPDATES

I updated the Dates to mark on your calendar...and I had put the wrong places for hosts so please check the where's of the festivals locations. 7and 8th grade is at South Portland High School. 6th grade festival is at Bideford. Hopefully your all on the email list as well.

Jazz States

Since districts have been rescheduled twice and no other dates are available to redue the State Jazz VP has given us all the thumbs up to move on to states. Since in order to qualify a group must recieve a 1 or a 2 Im thinking this is going to be a scheduling night mare so Im getting my paper work in early. The Date for States is March 22. Host Westbrook High School. Time to be determined.

Jazz Districts Rescheduled

Jazz Districts have been rescheduled to Tuesday February 26th. Also Southern Maine Middle school honors festival is that following weekend. Feb 29th and March 1st. The times are the same!

This week ABCDE Cookie Dough arrives thursday...pick up orders between 2-4.

Departure , Arrival, Dress

We will be leaving GMS at 2:00 arrival back at GMS by 5:30. Dress black and black.n Guys red ties girls a splash of red if they want. If at all possible please wear black shoes and black hosiery if applicable! There should be room for an audience, I dont know if they will charge to get in so come prepared. If your taking your child home make sure I know and if your taking someone else's child home I need confirmation prior to or at the event in writing.
